Hi I have recently had breast implants, 240cc implants over the muscle. I am fairly happy with the result, but I feel that they are too far apart. My boobs have always been quite far apart, is there a procedure that would fix this? Also, my surgeon couldn't fit a bigger implant so that isn't an option.
Answer: What is normal implant position? If you tried to push the implants closer together, you would be at risk for a condition called symmastia. Your natural nipple position is a bit lateral, which means that moving the implants closer together would also make the nipples appear even more lateral. You have a nice result!

Answer: Breast implants Hello, and thank you for your question. Your photos look like you are still very early in the healing process. I am unclear as to how tight the skin envelope is but I would certainly let the implants settle out for 3-4 months. There may be some additional options based upon your goals and expectations regarding either a larger and/or wider implant. You should discuss all of this with her treating physician. Best of luck.

If you want your breasts to be closer together you may consider having bigger implants but this may pose some complications. You are still early in the healing process. It is advisable to wait for about 3-6 months before seeing your final results and deciding if you want another surgery.

Breast augmentation in general cannot change the cleavage space significantly, and quite often any attempt to alter cleavage would end up in very unpleasant results and disproportionate, poorly shaped breasts.

Answer: I strongly disagree There is no technical or anatomical limit to insert implants as big as wanted, the reasons given to you show very limited surgical resources.Your implants have a really narrow base, you deserve broader implants (within frame limits) to achieve a better cleavage. Keep in mind you are swollen now, in 3-4 months the sepaeration will be worse.
