My implants never dropped so I need revision now,52kg 168 height,I want to go to little bigger while he make my revision surgery,my Dr. told recommends 535cc but I don't wanna look like [RS bleep] star with big boobs I just wanna have one cup size bigger than now and a natural looking breast, do you think 375 to 535 will make my boobs very big ? I was thinking to get 455cc because I'm skinny,my dr recommended the textured one but I'm afraid it will look so fake what do you think?
Answer: Implant size adjustments and cc's Well, 375cc to 535cc if you only want a little fuller, is too much. It's going from "full breasted" now, skipping over big breasted and right to junior pole dancing. A good rule of thumb is 50-75cc will boost you half a cup size (think, full c from a regular c), 100-125 gets you a full cup size. 150 and up is getting to be more than a cup size. I revise SO many implants over 450 from other docs that I truly advise you to stay out of the 450 and up sizes; they pop out from under the muscle and encapsulate and slide to the side... and you don't need the hassle.

Answer: My comments Implantes do not "drop"; I mean, it really looks like your implants have been placed too high and the breast pocket was not design to match the nipples location.You need a revision of the implants pockets for sure.

Answer: Bigger....better ? Only your PS can make supported recommendations. From your photos, I would stay the same volume and have the pockets enlarged to lower the implants to give you attractive natural appearing breasts. Bigger is not always better.

Answer: Larger Implants Thanks for the pictures along with your question. I think going to 535cc from 375cc won't allow you to have the "natural looking breast" given your frame. You are skinny with a small breast width. Going much bigger will give a chance for the porn star look. If you still want to increase size, then I would not recommend much larger than 455cc. However, that would also depends on your breast width and what profile implants you're choosing. The higher the profile, the less natural they might look. Good look. Get another consultation if you're not comfortable with the plan.

You say you want a natural looking breast, but I doubt that you will achieve that with a larger implant, even when your pockets are lowered. Ultra high projecting implants are not very natural in appearance, and I do not know your breast width measurements, but I would imagine that they will limit the size of implant you can accommodate while staying with either a moderate plus or high profile implant. Patients need to realize that, in order to achieve a more natural result, surgeons must work within the constraints of a patient's anatomy...not only their breast and chest wall width, but the tightness of their skin and tissues. A size 16 woman is not going to look great shoved into a size 8 dress, nor will a large implant look natural shoved into a patient with tighter skin.
