I have breast feed soon to be 4 babies. My nipples have increased in size and darkness of color. I want to reduce the size of nipples and how far they extend. I’m not sure if I want areola surgery as I want a breast implants and feel after boobs increase in size my nipples wil look more proportional. I am extremely scared of decreasing sensitivity in nipples after surgery. Losing feeling sensation in them. Also them looking unnatural or worse in appearance.

Yes, I would suggest a nipple reduction and the breast implants at the same time. I think they will look naturally attractive after these operations. However, you may lose sensation in your nipples and this may be permanent. If you only have the breast implants, the nipples will not grow, but you will notice that they are a bit too far away from the body and this may bother you. I would also not recommend nipple reduction if you want to have another baby.
