I had a breast reduction 2 months ago. One of my nipples is much larger than the other - I'm told because of stretching. My surgeon has offered to surgery to reduce the bigger nipple, but I'm concerned that it may stretch further and make the problem worse. What is the likelihood of this? Bearing in mind the skin around the aerial has been stretched before. Do I have any other options?
