Is there anyway to decrease the size of the areola through non-surgical means? Could a CO2 laser, or fillers help to reduce?

My nipples are a bit flat (not inverted) but could protrude more. If I got nipple surgery to pull it out further would that reduce my areola size? Is there a laser that can tighten/shrink/wrinkle the areola skin to make the areola's appearance smaller? Can any fillers do this? Thank you!
