I am 5'1 and weigh 135 lbs about a BMI of 27. I have been yo-yoeing my whole life and have even had lipo but just gained it all back and then some. I feel like i have tried absolutely everything and nothing has helped. Now im looking to do something proactive again. what surgery would you recommend to lose 25 to 30 lbs? i dont want to do something dangerous. Thank you
