I got a dental crown on a top of implant and it looks green/blue. It bothers me because it's a front tooth. Should my doctor replace it for no charge? Or I have to pay it again. I paid 1500$ and it looks horrible

The cosmetics of your veneers is your personal preference. If you do not have them cemented, it can be corrected. If they are cemented, the doctor may be able to polish some of the translucency if it is stained on the facial of the veneer. Talk to your dentist !
