A few years ago I had facial liposuction and buccal fat removal done in my cheeks and chin because since I was little I had an unusual amount of fat there, regardless of weight . Since the operation I’ve gained weight and the results of the operation have pretty much gone away. If I lose weight, will I go back to my post op results?

Answer: Weight You will probably shrink back down in that area with weight loss. I do not recommend removing more fat from your face since this will age you when you are older.

Answer: Weight gain after liposuction Individuals booking weight after Liposuction often don’t see results that are as good as those who lose weight after liposuction. If you’re overweight, then I recommend getting back to a healthy BMI. It’s pretty unusual for people to have an abnormal fat distribution in their face. Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by bone structure though Fat distribution does very substantially from person to person. If you were happy with the outcome of the procedure, then you should be able to get that result back by losing weight with the exception of potential continuing facial aging, which doesn’t stop because someone has surgical intervention.
