Lower belly lipo for a lean person... recovery time? (Photo)

Question

Attached 3 pics. Im obviously lean by most people's standards but I can pinch a solid inch of belly fat when im sitting down. From skin to abs is probably like 1/4 inch of belly fat and i'd like it to be like 1/16th of an inch! How long would the expected swelling be? How long would I be unable to do vigorous workouts? And can they really evenly get rid of the fat all over my stomach so its the same thickness of fat??

It's difficult to tell without an in person evaluation if you are a good candidate for liposuction.  Recovery is typically 5-7 days with bruising and swelling lasting several weeks.  A compression garment is often recommended to manage swelling and support healing tissues.  Post op instructions will vary by surgeon, but a general estimate is six weeks to return to exercise without restrictions.
