One month post breast reduction and my skin is bunching under incision. Do I need a revision or will it correct in time? (Photo)

I am a little over a month post op, 32DDD to a 32 C reduction. I have concerns about skin bunching under the incision of my right breast, a spot that feels soft and is slightly discolored on the left near the meeting of my vertical and horizontal incisions, and numbness of my right nipple. I use bicorneum cream twice daily for scar healing. I know that I'm not a long way out yet, but are these issues that will settle over time or are they cause for a revision procedure of some sort?
