Answer: Can I have a BBL using back fat without a tummy tuck? Thank you for your question. Without photos it is difficult to give you specific advice. You cannot just have fat taken from the back only and expect an hourglass figure. Depending on your BMI, I prefer to do VASER Hi Def lipo 360 degrees and BBL. Even if you would need a tummy tuck, as a secondary procedure 4-6 months later, your incision will be low and shorter than if you would combine the the two procedures.
