Can I have a BBL using back fat without having a tummy tuck?

Thank you for your question. Without photos it is difficult to give you specific advice. You cannot just have fat taken from the back only and expect an hourglass figure. Depending on your BMI, I prefer to do VASER Hi Def lipo 360 degrees and BBL. Even if you would need a tummy tuck, as a secondary procedure 4-6 months later, your incision will be low and shorter than if you would combine the the two procedures. Liposuction is the only required surgery for this procedure. Brazilian Butt Lift, is where fat is injected into the buttocks to increase fullness, roundness and projection of the buttocks. It also helps improve the balance of your figure, which enhances your self-image and self-confidence.

There are not any photos attached, but if you also desire a flatter abdomen, liposuction may not be enough to address this as the only way to get rid of excess skin is through a tummy tuck. I would consult with a plastic surgeon in person so they may better address your concerns and recommend the procedures that will help you achieve the aesthetic results you desire.

Back fat is generally not enough to accomplish the necessary volume for a Brazillian Butt Lift.  Combining donor site such as abdomen, flanks, back, and thighs will yield more adequate volumes.

You can have a BBL without a tummy tuck. In fact, I prefer to stage the tummy tuck to be done at a later time even when I do a BBL.
