I would advise against weaves or extensions applied to the hairline or hair near the hairline after this procedure, however using extensions at a distance from the hairline would not affect the results. Extensions that are not near the hairline really are no different whether one has a hairline lowering or not.
Weaves and extension cause hair loss. This is cause by the pulling of weaves and extension and even though it does this, many women will do it for the short term of up to 5-10 years. Sooner or later you will lose some or more of your hair from these weaves and extensions. Your call, of course.
