Next, you need to contact your plastic surgeon for an examination. I cannot tell what is going on just from photos. Certainly  with your history, suspicion for an infection would be high. Other potential causes include a delayed reaction to tape or oils/creams used for scar therapy. You must be examined for an appropriate diagnosis.

Although this type of appearance would not be typical at this point after surgery, it sounds like you have had a significant amount of complications from this procedure. The pictures are concerning for ongoing problems with infection or inflammation and I would advise you to call and be seen by your plastic surgeon as soon as possible.Best of luck!

It is difficult to say without examining you in person but your description makes me concerned you may have an infection. I would contact your doctor tomorrow and try to be seen right away.
