Is it normal to have visible puckers from internal sutures above incision line, 10 days post-Breast Augmentation?

I'm 10 days post-up from sub-muscular, crease incision breast augmentation. I had my steri-strips removed yesterday and now that the irritation from the strips has subsided I see that I have two little dimples about 1/4" above my incision on the right side. They are pulling inward and are the same color as my skin. I don't have this on the other side, though it has dropped a little more than the right. I had very little existing breast tissue.

Be sure to see your plastic surgeon for an examination and diagnosis.If the internal breast implant pocket was sutured to elevate the inframammary crease the puckers will most certainly pull out with time and the area will appeared normal.Another possibility is Mundor's disease which is a benign thrombophlebitis or inflammation of the small veins in the area which can occur after breast augmentation.
