I had my breast augmentation done on April 16th. I saw my plastic surgeon for 2nd post op April 27th to remove stitches. I noticed in those last few days sometimes I felt like a milk letdown. On April 28th, after intercourse, a few drops of milk came out of my right breast, the more tender one. I stopped breastfeeding July 14th and full dried up by October. Is this normal? I tried calling and leaving messages with my plastic surgeon but have yet to hear back from him.

There are visible skin folds between the breasts. Tissue should be left there to avoid symmastia. Further evaluation by your surgeon is recommended.
Generally your plastic surgeon will remove and reinsert nipple piercings at your surgery while you are asleep. Best wishes!
