Elevate your head above your heart while sleeping, use cool compresses in the morning when the swelling is likely to be the worse, and avoid salty foods. There are no definitive studies about the effect of laser on hyaluronic acid fillers thereforeI always suggest doing laser before the fillers just in case they may be affected by the heat generated with laser treatments.
