Is it normal to develop red swollen lumps on face after ndyag laser?

I had ndyag laser treatment on facial red veins and underneath my right eye is quite red and swollen. I'm worried that my dermal filler has been affected. I had juvederm volume back in august for mid face rejuvenation.

You didn't say how long ago your treatment was, but swelling and redness after laser treatment around the eye can last for up to 2 weeks.  The skin around the eye is very thin and loose, so it takes very little to cause swelling.  Elevate your head above your heart while sleeping, use cool compresses in the morning when the swelling is likely to be the worse, and avoid salty foods.  There are no definitive studies about the effect of laser on hyaluronic acid fillers thereforeI always suggest doing laser before the fillers just in case they may be affected by the heat generated with laser treatments.
