I've had laser hair removal from that area but I need to now remove the left over dark spots on my stomach from razor shaving over the years in that area. What is best way to have these dark spots removed for my skin tone?
I am 38 y.o male (Causian x Middle Eastern with mediterranean type skin, don't sunburn easily). I have a Cafe au Lait Macule on my chest since birth. Last year I was looking to have it removed. All the lit points to NDYags as the treatment of choice. I went to a local Plastic Surgeon and had 2 treatments (1 in July 2023 and 1 in December 2023). In between and after, I was using Hydroquinone 4% topical. It's been 4 months and still seems hyperpigmented at tx site. What should I do
I am a 39 year old white male with red hair and fair skin. I have many tiny red veins v that you can see on close inspection all over my nose. These make it look like I have a red nose all the time, though sometimes it's not as enflamed. I had thermocoagulation done which yielded no results. I am wondering if a Yag treatment will be effective at getting rid of them or if vbeam would be more suitable. A derm told me 1 vbeam would likely do it but I am seeking a 2nd opinion.
since microneedling about 5 years ago, I got this pigmentation under my left eye and have tried all kinds of creams - obagi system, hydroquinone plus retinol, other combination like azelaic acid and arbutin Nothing has worked. Looks like it is deeper in my dermis and wondering if any laser suitable for brown skin will work? Appreciate suggestions.
Hi. I am a fair skinned female. I have an extremely stubborn sunspot on the front of my cheek. I have had multiple lasers done which include the Alexandrite and Pico laser. The spot will not go away. II will tell you that it it not super dark. II was told that lighter spots are harder to get rid of. I wear spf of 50 with zinc 365 days a year. Any suggestions?
Hi I had filler done in my marionette lines 2 years ago and I bruised very badly and she ended up dissolving with hyaluronidase. I am now left with this mark which I cant get rid of and is very upsetting, Ive read it could be hemosiderin staining and Q switch laser may help. I've also tried alpha arbutin to lighten but that didnt work. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks
In my 30's ive developed flat pinprick dots like cherry angiomas all over my body, hard to capture with a photo but it looks like red sand dusted all over my skin when you look close. I curse use of tanning beds. I can't find a name for this as it doesnt look the same as petichiae, so I would love to know a name and also what treatments would help this, since it's a different situation than classic cherry angioma removal where they are few and far between.
