This may be normal as there is some degree of bruising in the area. None of us can accurately address this concern of yours because we have no idea of what exactly was done. It is best to call your surgeon and speak directly to him/her...or better yet, set up an appointment to be seen directly by your surgeon.

It could certainly be normal to have some bruising after a tummy tuck and it would be normal for some of the bruising to include the area of the genitalia. But the bruising and swelling should improve with time and the bruising is mostly if not completely resolved after about 10-14 days. If you have any concerns that your bruising or swelling seems abnormal though, a quick visit to your surgeon can clarify the situation.
