Uneven cheeks. Almost 6 months post BBL. Help! (Photos)

I can appreciate the asymmetry from your pictures. It would be best to review your before pictures for comparison. Options include removing fat from the larger side and or placing more fat in the smaller side.Please discuss with your plastic surgeon. 

It would be beneficial to evaluate your preoperative photos.  Many patients have asymmetry of the pelvis and buttocks and there may be some underlying structural issues to consider.  If there is preoperative asymmetry, the visible difference can sometimes be camouflaged with differential amounts of fat.The easiest way to improve the asymmetry is to perform liposuction on the larger side.  If you desire additional volume on the L side, additional fat grafting would be required, assuming you have a donor site.

you should speak with your surgeon about options for managing this.  the hard and lumpy areas could be scar tissue/fat necrosis - areas of transferred fat where the fat did not 'take' or survive.    in terms of correcting your asymmetry - this is not something that will likely improve without further surgery.  either way, best to address this with your plastic surgeon.

You have an excellent result with normal asymmetry that can be the result of the underlying bony and muscular architecture.

Asymmetry of the buttocks is actually very common and it is likely this asymmetry existed prior to the procedure but is just more obvious to you now. You should ask your plastic surgeon to see your before photos. Hard lumpy areas can sometimes be helped with massaging. You should go over all of your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
