I had a full lift with 475cc silicone implants 5 weeks ago. While my left breast’s seems to still be high, I feel as though my right has dropped into place and I’m concerned about my nipple placement. I feel they are still very low. Almost like my original breasts just larger. Will they center more? Does my right seem to be dropped & fluffed? Thanks!
Answer: Nipples too low after full lift with implants? You have a nice shape and as the implants settle the nipples will come up some. However, it is possible that you will benefit from raising the nipples further which is a fairly small revision that can even be done in the office. You need wait 6 months for a final assessment.

Answer: Very early in the healing process At 5 weeks, you are still very early in the healing and settling phase. If your nipples still appear low at 3-6 months, then a revision may be in order.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended during this time for management.

Answer: Too early It will take a number of months before you can assess the result and I would not consider any further lifting etc until at least 12 months. The position will improve over the coming months.

Answer: Implants I think that you have to give it more time to settle. You still may need a lift to but I would wait and see where the implants end up.

Answer: Nipple position after full lift with implants Thank you for your question - and congratulations on your surgery. Given that you are only 5 weeks, you seem to be healing nicely. The short answer is, maybe. The long answer is, it takes time - especially with a full lift and implant placement. There are a lot of moving parts. Your right implant does seem more settled, but it will likely continue to drop, which will probably rotate your nipple areola up. Your left breast implant is lagging a bit behind - but it's normal to have some differences in how things settle. I would give things at least 3 months - if, at that point you are not satisfied with the position of your nipple areola complexes, talk with your plastic surgeon. But, in the meantime, just give it more time. Best of luck!
