I’ve noticed almost always doctors do not aspirate when using dermal fillers. I have only seen one procedure on youtube where aspiration was done. What really irks me is this: I specifically asked my doctor if she aspirates. She said of course, it is standard procedure to. She then did not aspirate as she injected the filler into my chin. I am bothered by this. Is aspirating not as important as I think? I know all doctors are advised to when using dermal fillers, so why don’t they? Thank you.
