Can these hollows under my mouth be filled? (Photos)

Filler injections are a great option for areas of volume loss or depression. If you have significant skin laxity, you may be a candidate for a surgical procedure such as facelift or a non-surgical alternative such as threading. 

Great question! This is a common area that as we age, may become more obvious. Filler can easily be injected to give that area more volume and should last close to a year. Make sure you have a trustworthy, credentialed injector! Best of luck.

This is an area that can very easily be filled in.  So much of what we do with fillers is to balance the face.  When light hits the face and causes shadows, we are most times able to fill in the shadows or hollows that develop.  Since you have had the nasolabial folds treated, this may make the lower third of your face more noticeable to you.  Just be aware that this is an area that may bruise due to the vascularity of the area.  Blunt tipped cannulas can help minimize this.

Yes these areas can really be filled quite easily with filler (such as Voluma), and a cannula. It's quite an easy and safe technique and can be done in 20 minutes! Be sure to contact a respected injector.

Yes, your hallows under the mouth can be filled with your own fat or a filler. It would most likely take more than one syringe on each side. -Dr. Yovino. 

Besides the fact that you have hollows of what you call under your mouth, your buccal area as well as the under-eye area is hollow also. My recommendation to patients of your age would be to have a utologous fat grafting as this will easily erase 15 to 20 years from your face and produce natural as well as near permanent results.
