I'm 2 months post-op and I'm aware recovery is not complete, but I feel that the difference between the nipples is drastic even for this stage. The top of the left (operative side) chest feels full, but the bottom feels empty. Could I improve this imbalance by targeting the lower left chest in workouts? Would lowering total body fat percentage and thus right (non-operative) chest fat be beneficial? Any suggestions are welcome. *note: the first picture was taken in a mirror, the second was not.
