Armpit fat/loose skin left after breast reduction with bra bulge liposuction, what can be done to fix this issue? (Photos)

    There are several options, including a bra roll excision, an axillary excision, or perhaps BodyTite.

I don't believe breast reduction would cause what you have seen, and it also appears that your sports bra is extremely tight around your chest wall, causing your skin (and some fat) to budge out above.  You can fix this by doing more lipo work, but some skin removal may also be needed.  This would leave scars on the side of the chest.  for most patients, it's not worth it, and it's better in my opinion to instead wear bras that are a better fit around your body circumference.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. Seems that you would benefit from laser liposuction (SmartLipo) to remove fat and tighten the skin. May also be a candidate for Kybella injections. 

Thanks for the question. The problem with liposuction typically is that your skin may look to be hanging after the fat is removed. VASER can be used to shrink skin as there is an ultrasound probe used to emulsify the fat as well as tighten the skin. Although there's still the option of RF skin tightening available for you now.  Exilis is one example.  It's painless and easy. Talk to a board certified Plastic Surgeon for more information.

MK,Thanks for the question and several photos.  You have both loose skin and a large amount of fat.  Aggressive liposuction of your upper back and lateral breast will greatly reduce this issue.  These procedures also make the lateral portion of the breasts much more round (like implants).  Time will tell if the skin retracts far enough that you feel comfortable vs a skin excision (which is rarely required).  Seek out a board certified Plastic Surgeon and ask to see actual patient photos.Best of luck.Dr T

An upper body lift keeping the incision within the bra strap might correct your issues, but the trade-off is a scar.
