I had a breast reduction with bra bulge liposuction 18 months ago which left me with this weird fat or loose skin under my armpit that pushes up and over ALL my bra straps, bathing suits and lingerie. I asked the surgeon what could be done and he basically said nothing. I am devastated and looking for solutions. I have attached some pictures and welcome any suggestions on what could be done to resolve this issue and give me back my self confidence!

It is hard to determine what went wrong based on the photo. You would have to be examined personally. Based on your description, you may benefit from fat transfer to decrease the visibility of the dent. Discuss this with your surgeon on your next appointment.
