Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. 


Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

This crease is commonly seen on many individuals as it can occur from bending forward. It can be prominent in some people and not noticeable in others. excess fat above and below the crease can accentuate it. Weight loss and at times liposuction can make it appear less apparent.

From the photographs , it seems that liposuction of the abdomen  and fat injection in the band area will make band less visible.   If needed fat injection may require again.
 post operatively you have to avoid long time  bending  for 2 to 3 months
 please consult board certified plastic surgeon and discuss in detail.

Thanks for your question.  This is not uncommon and can be managed in several ways that can range from non-invasive fat removal using coolsculpting to liposuction, tummy tuck or a combination.  This really requires a proper physical examination from an experienced plastic surgeon to determine which of these options is best for you.
