Fix for this double bubble?

Good afternoon,
Your surgeon did a pretty good job, but it's incomplete- you need a little more tightening of your lower poles to get rid of the double bubbles. I correct this with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
