I had an implant exchange from dual plane 415cc full profile to dual plane 295cc moderate profile just over 6 months ago. My larger implants were in for 5 years, one bottomed out and had lateral displacement too. My doctor did a lot of pocket work and also dissected slightly more towards the center to bring them in more. However now the bottom/center edge shows a double crease when my arms are lifted. Photos attached.

Answer: Bottoming Out / Double Bubble / The Original Internal Bra
You will need a lift, which was not done, to raise that sagging breast. If your implants are large and heavy, it possibly may not stay raised and sag again.
Naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and the base of your breast cannot be changed and moved higher. You actually got a good result for your anatomy. Your nipples are above your fold and you do have upper breast fullness. You will not be able to have the "big round ball sitting...
The size you are considering will be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. with time, that size will stretch and thin your tissue and sag. Consider something in between the two sizes, otherwise, you will be coming back later to try a fix your sagging breasts.
