You can definitely achieve your desired results, but you will need your lift revised- it needs to be tighter and higher with more skin removal. I would also replace your implants with larger implants, and if you really want more upper pole fullness switch to overfilled saline implants. Regarding the sides, I would recommend liposuction to get rid of some of the excess out there.

Naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and the base of your breast cannot be changed and moved higher. You actually got a good result for your anatomy. Your nipples are above your fold and you do have upper breast fullness. You will not be able to have the "big round ball sitting on your chest" look. Don't go bigger since this will just stretch more tissue and sag with the extra weight.
