I'm 9 mths po MMO+. BL, BI, & BBL w/350 HP under the muscle w/anchor lift. I'm unhappy with my results, I was expecting to have upper pole fullness after lift and implant. Why are my breast sagging after a lift? Did my lift fail? I wanted the augment look with larger full breast, a larger implant, and I feel like my nipples sit low. Should doc have removed more skin off both sides by the underarm? Is over the muscle better? Will I need another anchor lift to correct or a diff lift?

An examination is required to make the correct surgical plan. Having said that, it appears that your implants have moved lower on your chest. A larger implant will make this issue worse. The lower part of you breast needs better support. This is usually done with sutures and often an support...
As surgeons, we all feel a bit differently about which type of implants show less rippling over time. Please discuss with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon about a different type of implant, possible fat grafting (which will usually be done in stages) or possibly a product called Renuva.
