Uneven thighs post Liposuction. (photo)

Question

I recently got liposuction and was told that uneven results were a possibility due to skin sagging. I hoped to avoid this but as you can see, my inner thighs are uneven. What is the best way to treat this? Ultherapy (off-label)? Thread lift? Thigh tuck?

My suggestion is to get an evaluation from a revision liposuction expert.  My good friend Dr. David Amron of Beverly Hills is the best I know in your area.  If you are willing to travel I would gladly see you.  It maybe that you would require additional liposuction, but I often tell patients to wait 3-6 months post treatment.  Often, post treatment asymmetries can be treated non-invasively with ultrasound (Thermage) or radiofrequency (Vela, Ultrashape) and I suggest seeking someone with expertise in this area. From the photographs I can't tell specifically what might benefit you. Touchup lipoma is easily done under local anesthesia. Ultherapy does not work. Thigh lift of any type is fairly aggressive therapy.
