I recently got liposuction and was told that uneven results were a possibility due to skin sagging. I hoped to avoid this but as you can see, my inner thighs are uneven. What is the best way to treat this? Ultherapy (off-label)? Thread lift? Thigh tuck?

Your physician will prescribe pain meds for you. Most patients will require narcotic meds during the immediate post operative period but can usually switch to OTC meds after 5-7 days. Everyone is different in their pain tolerance levels.
