Hello, I posted a picture and one of the doctors mentioned I could have early onset of rynophyma. I had suspected this myself. Are there any doctors in Orange County that treat this?

Hard to tell if you really have Rhinophyma from the limited photo.  My surgical preference would be to perform dermabrssion to thin the skin.  Laser can also be effective but in many cases can't go as deep as you need.

Insurance companies may or may not pay depending on whether they consider it to be cosmetic.  From your picture, it is difficult to assess whether you have rhinophyma or a bulbous tip.  I would recommend that you go in for a consultation so that you can be examined thoroughly.  If you do have rhinophyma, surgery may help you.

Rhinophyma can be covered by insurance when the condition is more severe; difficult to say from the single photograph whether you just have a bulbous nose that can be best corrected with rhinoplasty surgery. Treatment for rhinophyma is shaving off your skin layers which leaves you with a  scarred nasal tip that would make you look much worse.

I treat rhinophyma with a ultra-pulse CO2 laser which vaporizes the overgrown tissue. This I do under just a topical anesthetic and it takes about a week to 10 days to be presentable but it definitely does improve the most severe cases!

Insurance will usually cover most aspects of rhinophyma treatment in our experience.  Occasionally, the rhinophyma looks worse because of underlying aging of the nasal tip cartilages.  Refining the latter would not be covered.  Best wishes.
