Does hyalase(hyluronidase) not work for anyone? (photos)

I got hyalase to dissolve the juvederm in my nose for 3 times because the redness caused by the filler. But when I dissolve the filler the first time, the doctor in Transform used hylenex the root filler with injection is all gone. But not in the red area. The second time I go to a clinic to dissolve the filler but i got swelling and puffy after the injection and the red are is not dissolved. So I go there the third time to inject again in the red area, still got serious swelling and redness.
