Hyaluronidase dissolves the nature Hyaluronic Acid from my body, how to fix it?

Question

10days ago I have Restylane to fill my tears trough, but it cause 2 bumps under my eyes. So I choose to dissolve the fillter with Hyaluronidase. But after Hyaluronidase injected, I find that the filler go away but leave 2 hollows under my eyes. The area of hollow is larger than the tears trough used to be. It seems that Hyaluronidase dissolve a lot of things more than just the filler. I wonder what should I do right now, and how fix my eyes? I do really need a help.

Injectable hyaluronidase cannot remove your natural HA, it has a completely different pH than native skin and doesn't react unless there is synthetic material.  Best, Dr. Emer.

In a perfect world, it would not break down your own innate hyaloronan in the tissue matrix where 'foreign' hyaluronic acid filler was injected. However, it does and the evidence is that it left hollow areas where the product was and where your natural tissue existed. Hyaluronidase has been used for 70 years to help the dispersal and diffusion of medication and the absorption of medication. It breaks down hyaluronic acid which is a glycoaminoglycan found in the extracellular matrix of most connective tissue. I am sorry to hear that you have this problem. There have been no reports of hyaluronidase causing this type of "rebound" deformity that I have seen. If you want these areas improved, then your alternatives are to have more HA filler injected or to have your own fat transferred. Good luck!
