Hyaluronidase and fat transfer?

In my professional opinion hyaluronidase should only be administered if there is a visible deformation that cannot be corrected. Although fairly safe, this injection does not come without potential side effects including occasional allergic reaction and site swelling. Hylauronidase, although indicated for dissolution of hyaluronic acid, is a last step approach for clients. I would recommend letting the product naturally degrade or seek a surgeon who is expertly trained at fat grafting and can use a blunt tip cannula to potentially aspirate if necessary.A plastic surgeon will be best able to provide an evaluation and recommendation once the filler has absorbed and they really know what they have to work with.  Photos of your ace prior to filler could be very helpful as you and your surgeon discuss your goals. Photos with the filler could also potentially be helpful as you may have specific examples of what you DON:T want.A plastic surgeon would need to see you in person or view many photos from specific angles in order to make recommendations once the filler has reabsorbed. Be careful to find a surgeon who does NOT overfill. As you view photos, be certain you are looking at many, many before and after photos at 3 months, six months and a year or more after surgery to determine the longevity of fat grafting.It is not possible to know what effect, if any the filler has caused to your eyes, but I would urge you to seek a plastic surgeon who is very experienced with fat grafting around the eyes and possibly with expertise with revision eyelid surgery.
