I am planning to have orbital fat grafting but still have some residual Voluma in my cheeks and Restylane in tear trough. Is Hyaluronidase really safe to use without damaging my own HA because while most doctors say it is....I am seeing where a lot of people are seeing damage from it's use. Also...If I have it dissolved...how long should I wait to proceed with surgery? Thanks

To avoid complications like skin irritation or break-outs, wait until any bruising or skin soreness is gone after your Ultherapy treatment - usually within 2-7 days, then it is fine to resume all cosmetic skin surface treatments!Hope this helps.

This looks like you may have bells palsy, I suggest you see an expert. This is likely not due to the injections if this is limited to one full side of your face . Hyaluronidase would not cause this. Best, Dr. Emer.
