9 days post BBL my butt looks deformed? (Photos)

It is  definitely way too early in the postoperative time to judge any of your results.  There is lots of swelling that cannot be evaluated properly.   Things typically look pretty weird for the first few weeks.  Make sure you were following your surgeons postoperative protocol and go to all of your follow up appointments.

It is too early to evaluate the evolution and final results, however, try not to sit on your buttocks, try to be stand, or upside down, or lie on your side, to try not to crush the fat of the inner pole of the buttocks, which could make it look more flattened. You should wait a while to see the results.

All of PS can look really odd and ugly in the early stages of healing. Try to be patient and let the body heal some. As far as sitting on your booty in recovery...that will not hurt your results. There is actually no literature that says that you will lose more fat volume you put  pressure on the area of fat transfer. I do believe pressure early can displace fat, but not from just a few hours on a soft surface.

It is definitely too early to see your postoperative result. If you have any concerns I recommend speaking with your plastic surgeon. Sitting on your butt post operatively is usually not a problem because the pressure point is actually your ishium and not your butt. 

It is too soon to tell how your buttock shape is going to look long term. You are fresh post-op with bruising an a lot of swelling.

Hello, thanks for your question and pictures. I have to say that it's too soon to determine final results, besides that you should check how are you sitting, and if that's the problem, sit on a boopy pillow for at least a month.
