Does getting goosebumps when excited or feeling cold affect a hair transplant in any way? (Negative way)

Hello doctors i just got an FUE hair transplant 9 days ago i am an emotional person i tend to get goosebumps when excited or feeling cold , and my hair erects and sticks up ,after getting the hair transplant i tend to feel that like normal,now i feel it more in the transplanted area ofc , and i was just wondering if this affects my operation by any means, i hope this is not a stupid question as i feel ,i really want to get the most out of my operation , not want lose or compromise a single graft
