The first child I gain 50 it was able to lose about 30 pounds my second child I gained 60 it was able to lose 40 pounds. My third child I gained 70 pounds and was able to lose 40 this was about 13 years ago. My last c section left a T cut in my uterus and a lot of scarring tissue at the incision.
