Hi all -- I had lipo of the flanks and abdomen about seven months ago and I'm pleased with the results. Prior to this, I had a fairly substantial weight loss, and had some stubborn areas of fat that I wanted to get rid of. I'm muscular, but lean. I would now like to gain more muscle and fill my body out evenly, but I know the only way to do this is with a calorie surplus. Do I need to concerned about what will happen with my body in a calorie surplus having had lipo? Will I gain in weird spots?
