Do my implants sit too low? Do they look too bottom heavy? (Photo)

My breast fold was lowered and I feel like this has resulted in my implants sitting too low. The distance from my nipple to crease has at least doubled. It measures 11cm. The implant sits below my natural tissue as I can feel my glands and natural breast tissue sitting above my nipple and the implant is under the muscle but sitting lower. Can I please have some opinions? Should they sit higher? I'm disappointed as I expected perky full breasts and these are starting to feel matronly. Thanks
