I have prominent cheeks (wide) but they are completely flat and there is no foreword growth. I would like more defined cheekbones and chin and the illusion of some sort of forward growth. I know I can’t go from what I have now to supermodel chiseled cheekbones but what’s the closest I can get? Also how can I bring more symmetry to my face? Would love to have a glow up on the same level as Bella Hadid. Money is not an issue.

Answer: Good insight You have a good eye! Cheeks that go to the sides are attractive, but most attractive is when it also comes forward underneath the eye. The cheek in this area will be full, more like when you smile, and will reflect light up into the eye creating a brighter more attractive appearance.

These are inserted through the inside of the mouth and then anchored to the cheek bone. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials. Parameters - like projection - can be adjusted. The results can be quite nice overall. This may be a better option for true definition than something like fat transfer to the cheeks. That can work well, though it's more for volumizing throughout.
