I am actually thinking of doing distraction osteogenesis to forward my midface as it look a little bit sunken. But then I begin to doubt that because all cases I see online their upper jaw are recessed as well, whereas mine isn't. What combination of surgeries to the skull may fix the harmony of my face? Ignoring the need for rhinoplasty.
