How can I can reduce my cheekbones without surgery? Is there a safer option? (photo)

Is there a safer option than surgery ( e.x injections ) ? My high cheeks bones are my biggest insecurity and I'm afraid of surgery. I did read about different techniques such as either shaving the bones or cutting them. Can Botox be used to reduce the volume ? What would you recommend?
