It's a little tough to tell what's going on from your pictures, but a few thoughts. You have platysmal banding, which looks like it was uncovered by the chin liposuction. You have some skin irregularities either from skin laxity, or from irregularities from liposuction, or both. It looks like you still have a decent amount of skin laxity, as well. Botox for the bands may be a temporary improvement, but the best fix is most likely a facelift and/or necklift to fix the skin excess and platysmal banding.

This result does happen occasionally with liposuction. You might benefit from MyEllevate, a threading procedure. Alternately you might ask your surgeon if running a laser under the skin to help tighten would be beneficial.

Getting quality liposuction results requires having good skin.
It’s also important to understand what the primary ideology or problem is when choosing a procedure.
At age 57 the majority of elasticity you had as a young person is gone and your skin no longer stretches like a rubber band but it behaves more like a string or sheet of cloth.
When the fat is removed the underlying platysma muscle gets uncovered and the platysmal bands that were previously partially covered by the fat layer become exposed.
My maximum cut off for neck Liposuction is usually age 50 and even then I warn the people that their results are going to be subtle and I’m not aggressive with my treatment.

Probably your best option is to convert this to a facelift/neck lift which maybe should’ve been the procedure of choice in the first place.

For a second opinion consultations patients should come prepared and bring formal before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report. If you don’t have proper before and after pictures you should ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. Botox can be used to treat platysmal bands but hardly seems like a long-term solution. Steroid injections seem questionable but some surgeons have a hard time owning their outcomes.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results it’s much more difficult than most people believe in this includes plastic surgeons.
I don’t believe in any skin tightening procedure other than formal excision of skin laxity with a proper skin removal procedures like a facelift, tummy tuck, breast lift etc.
