Tough to see from the limited photos and the angles they are at. You have quite a bit of submental fat, and it looks like some skin laxity as well. You should be seen in person, but may be a candidate for submental liposuction and skin tightening. When doing this, I do not recommend using renuvion for the skin tightening. I personally use facetite and morpheus, which use radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin and I find to be more predictable and safer than renuvion/J plasma.

Liposuction alone will only improve the fat deposits above the muscle which will be ineffective. You're going to need a neck lift procedure to remove the significant fat compartments below the muscle which also includes a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline in addition to liposuction to remove the fat deposits above the muscle. Your BMI should be less than 30 before considering this surgical procedure.
