Sleeping after BBL and Chin lipo?

I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

You’ll need to talk to your provider about this. Each provider will have their own believe and postoperative instructions.
Some providers are quite adamant about not sleeping on your back or size after the BBL.
Sleeping with your head sideways shouldn’t be an issue for chin and neck liposuction.
Sleeping position isn’t important after liposuction but many people believe it’s important after fat transfer.
I suggest patients focus most of their efforts on the single most important valuable which is finding the most talented and experienced provider.
