That does not appear to be the Tyndall effect. This looks much more like bruising. At times bruising can lead to hemosiderin staining of the skin which may have occurred in this situation.
Consult with a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for evaluation and management which may include laser or light therapies.

It's quite unusual for a bruise from a filler injection to last as long as five months. Typically, bruises from injectable treatments resolve within a couple of weeks. If the discoloration remains after having the filler dissolved, it's possible that what you're seeing is not a bruise but rather post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) or another type of skin reaction.
PIH can occur after an injury or inflammation to the skin and may take longer to fade. However, it is generally not permanent and can be treated with topical agents like hydroquinone, kojic acid, vitamin C, retinoids, or procedures like chemical peels or laser therapy, depending on the severity.
