What fillers would help balance my face? (photos)

Hello, I've always felt as if I look much older than I really am. Something about my face just always feels off to me, and I'm not sure I can pinpoint what it is. I know I'd benefit greatly from rhinoplasty, but the upfront cost of that is a bit prohibitive at the moment so I'm wondering if there are any fillers or other nonsurgerical procedures that may help bring a more balanced and younger look. I'm considering very subtle lip fillers as well.

It is important to perform a detailed “static" and "dynamic" facial assessment before to make a  bespoke treatment using dermal fillers. My approach involves a very detailed assessment of the face as a whole unit, analysing the upper, middle, and lower face, including the jawline and neck area, from both sides and different views, and using bespoke treatment with dermal fillers. The above approach with dermal fillers in the right place/layer can address your concerns and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (i.e., cheeks, mid-face, jawlines, lips, and chin) in your face with a natural-looking result.
For instance, if your nose is a concern, non-surgical rhinoplasty using dermal fillers can help to smooth out bumps and improve the overall shape and symmetry of the nose. Cheek fillers can also help to add volume and structure to the mid-face, while jawline fillers can help to create a more defined and sculpted jawline.
Regarding lip fillers, they can add subtle volume and definition to the lips, which can help balance the facial features and create a more youthful look.

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

From the photos it doesn't appear you are in need of fillers or Botox.  I recommend concentrating on beginning and maintaining a skin routine to a healthy, balanced look. You have a young face and don't have a lot of age-related changes such as sagging or folds yet, which is great. However, you can improve the balance of your face by adding more definition to your jawline/chin. By adding more projection to your chin it will take emphasis off of your nose in your side profile, and provide a more balance overall look. This can be done with filler and, if the the best products are used, these results can last up to 2 years.
For filler treatments it is critical that you see someone that really knows what they're doing because results with filler are very provider-dependent.

Hi baileyb, thanks for your question. Looking at your photos, I see some areas where enhancement with injectables would help give you more facial balance. Adding filler to the middle of your chin would help give it some projection, giving more facial balance from a profile/side view. Also, the anterior/frontal aspect of your cheeks are deficient in volume, which can make the nose appear larger. Adding slight volume to this region will give an illusion of the nose being slimmer. Placement and technique of fillers is key to getting a balanced result, so make sure to find an experienced injector.

In the pictures you have submitted, I see absolutely nothing wrong. But then again, it would be helpful. If you pulled your hair up and submitted at least two or three photographs of your face from straight on, oblique view, as well as one side view.
