In 2021, I've had facial surgery, but my chin has remained swollen. It makes me feel ugly and I'm not sure what the issue is. I don't have a double chin, the bottom is bone.

2. Elevate Your Head: When resting or sleeping, elevate your head using extra pillows. Keeping your head elevated can help reduce swelling by improving blood flow.

This is not uncommon after chin surgery. We fix this with a combination of revision of the area, adjustment of the bone, and application of botulinum.

It’s hard to understand what your concern is based on the information provided.

If you had surgery in 2021, then you’re not swollen any longer from the surgery.
I’m guessing it’s the soft tissue of your chin that’s bothering you since you’re pointing your finger to it.
Sometimes Botox can smooth out the bumpy surface that forms when we can contract the muscles in that area but Botox isn’t for everyone.
We can’t really give you a good assessment, recommendation or other useful information without really understanding the problem first.
