I have a saline implants, moderate profile 210 overfilled to 220. What is the equivalent in modern profile silicone implants?
Answer: Implants The volume will be the same if gel or saline or 200 cc's. With Mentor products, you can have 225 cc for the gel implant. The bag is also the same, but the fill is different.

Answer: Saline to Silicone The equivalent would be about the same sizes because they were not too overfilled, especially when using a highly cohesive gel implant.

Answer: Exchanging implants I suggest you discuss implant exchange with your plastic surgeon. He or she is the best able to convey what you might expect and help you with the decision making. If you currently have 220 mL of volume and are happy with that size, then you should probably choose an implant that has the equivalent size. Overfilling saline implants will create slight increase in profile. Implant choice should take many variables in the consideration, and each plastic surgeon will have their own way of doing this.
