Hello all, so my question is if getting a BBL and having fat transfer to the hips and buttocks would it be possible to fill in these awkward horrible lumps bumps and indents that I have in the saddlebag area? I have had them for years after giving birth to my children and I have had lipo treatments twice as well as cellulaze to the area to try to fix it but nothing has helped, thoughts? It’s like cellulite but worse..Thank you in advance

As the smoothing effect of fat grafting may not work as well in areas of cellulite it is first necessary to release the fibrous bands. The VASER technology can achieve this. The use of ultrasonic probes can do the job safely allowing fat to be injected beneath and create a smooth result. Find a plastic surgeon who is certified to do this and arrange for a personal consultation. Hope this helps.
