Can I get Ellacor if I once had shingles (herpes zoster)?

I was reading that people with a history of herpes simplex should not receive Ellacor treatments. I know that herpes zoster is a completely different infection, despite the similar name, but it just got me wondering if it is safe to have Ellacor if I had this condition when I was younger? It left some mild scars/dents in my forehead, which is obviously an area prone to aging and wrinkles.
