I have a dent on the left side of my nose. Do you think I need a revision rhinoplasty in the future? (i'm just couple of weeks post op). Or maybe just fillers would also make my nose more symmetrical? I know it's still too early but it's not like this dent is going to go away:/

Answer: 2 weeks postoperative is too soon to determine the necessity of revision rhinoplasty.
You may need a secondary rhinoplasty but hopefully it is just some rasping of the dorsum that can be done under oral sedation. Unless the issue is really bothering you, it is best to wait at least a few months to ensure all swelling is resolved and no other issues need to be corrected in the tip.
I would recommend a rhinoplasty to lengthen your nose, smooth out your dorsal aesthetic lines, and even out your tip and nostrils. You may not have sufficient septal cartilage if it was previously harvested so ear cartilage or cartilage allograft may be needed.
